Enhanced patch SVDD-based detection of defects in power amplifier circuits

Abstract: This paper presents an improved approach for defect detection in power amplifier circuits using the Patch Support Vector Data Description (SVDD) method. The enhanced Patch SVDD algorithm is designed to identify defects more accurately and efficiently by leveraging advanced feature extraction and optimization techniques. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method in detecting defects in various power amplifier circuits, highlighting its potential for practical applications in the electronics industry.
